Shopping and Dining

Tualatin has a vibrant downtown area along the Tualatin Commons with commercial buildings, an upscale hotel, and restaurants. The open air experience does a person good. On the north end of town is Bridgeport Village, a new open-air shopping experience inspired by European markets. Tualatin residents are a short drive away from Washington Square, one of the premiere indoor malls in Oregon with over 170 shops and restaurants, and Frye’s Electronics in Wilsonville, one of the biggest electronics stores in the entire nation.

Parks and Recreation

Tualatin takes pride in its beautiful parks. This small community maintains over 200 acres of parks, trails and nature areas for your enjoyment. Kayak and canoe rentals are available for fun and play in Brown’s Ferry Park from late May through early September.

The gem of the park system remains the Tualatin Commons, which features a 3 acre lake in the heart of the city. Be sure to check out the Tualatin Crawfish Festival each summer, and the Pumpkin Regatta each fall (see video to the left).
